The control system is the machine’s brain. The LTAB control system is reliable, powerful and very informative. We have developed a basic module which we can adjust simply for different purposes. The LTAB vision module can be integrated in the control system.
The machine operator always has a real time instruction that explains what he or she should do or the reason for a fault. This is displayed as graphics and/or text messages.
The quality assurance department has full production statistics available all the time as this is saved automatically.
The production department has full control over all product and machine parameters.
The maintenance department can always read or manually activate the machine’s I/Os. Error information is saved in a log file. Errors such as timeouts on an event or an input can be read with name and number.
The system can easily be upgraded via our Version Manager software without affecting current parameters or article data. The system can be connected to us via the internet. All strings and messages can be customized which makes translation to other languages simple.
Main View
The main view is adapted to the actual machine and its requirements. All concerned departments can have the access they require.
Green signifies correct/in place and red means missing or not placed correctly. We also show the program code’s step info - where we are in the source code.
Errors are shown in the lower window, which shows the latest events, please see below.
Parameters and article data
All parameters used in the machine can be viewed/altered in the Parameter view. If you change a servo motor after some years you may need to set a new scaling factor or maybe you want to change a timer setting. The program code does not have any fixed values.
All article specific data is saved under the Article database view.
You need to be logged on as administrator to be able to change anything in this view. The machine operator can only choose an article and run the machine.
