This machine is a standard assembly machine LTM 116-12 with an assembly fixture for a turbo pressure elbow pipe. The machine assembles 2 rubber hoses on the elbow pipe and one screw clip.

It is equipped with fixtures, assembly tools for the hoses, automatic orientation of the hoses, electric servo for the screw clip (with torque and distance control) and it has Lantz vision system for controls before and after the assembly cycle.

The operator can see graphic on the screen if all components are assembled correct. The table is height adjustable.
