This machine assemble a rubber bushing with 2 flanges on a tube. It has 4 electric torque motors for quick assembly. All parts are checked with Lantz control system prior to the assembly and after the assembly cycle.

Our informative system shows all parts on the screen, red if they are bad or not correct in the fixture, green if they are ok. The table is height adjustable.

The operator can see graphic on the screen if all components are assembled correct. The table is height adjustable.
