This machine is an extended standard assembly machine LTM 116-12, with 2 assembly stations, one for pre assembly of some parts and one for main assembly. The main station assemble 8 formed tubes, 3 straight tubes and 5 T-connections in one shot.

All parts are checked with Lantz vision system prior to the assembly and after the assembly cycle. Our informative control system shows all parts on the screen, red if they are bad or not correct in the fixture, green if they are ok. The table is height adjustable.

The operator can see graphic on the screen if all components are assembled correct. The table is height adjustable.
