This machine is a modified standard crimp machine MHP 2EH-21-P2-25/35-X. This version has the crimp heads orientated so that the tube are between the heads and the machine assemble and crimp 2 hoses on each end of the tube.

It is equipped with fixtures, assembly tools for the hoses, automatic orientation of the hoses, electric servo for the screw clip (with torque and distance control) and it has Lantz vision system for controls before and after the assembly cycle.

The machine can easily be converted to a standard crimp machine with the hose in the centre. All parts are detected and must be correct placed prior to the assembly. The table is height adjustable.
