Roll forming of short tubes

Fully automatic machine with hydraulic forming of the tube at both ends as well as roll forming with electrical servos. A sorting station at the ends measures the tubes.

Loading of tubes from a pallet

Uses a ranging laser to analyze the contents of the pallet to decide the best position to pick. Magnetic or vacuum picker head. If the machine fails to pick a tube it'll retry in a different position. Controlled by electrical servos for a high picking rate.
