Policy / Code of conduct

LANTZTECH is a registered trademark representing the companies LANTZTECH Machines AB and LANTZTECH Dimension AB. With over 30 years of experience in technical solutions for industrial use, we aim for LANTZTECH to be a top-class entity in its field. We promise to always pursue a solution-oriented, positive, and responsive mindset both within the company and in every customer interaction. We believe this is the only way to meet and exceed expectations. We prioritize long-term customer relationships with a common interest in technical solutions that provide the best possible overall economy for both parties. By streamlining our customers' industrial processes, we contribute to higher continuous quality, better long-term economics, and fewer risks for both the customer and the operator. We promise to work preventively throughout the company, meaning we address and handle all deviations, incidents, and suggestions promptly. We promise that LANTZTECH is a modern, proactive, and driven company with continuous improvements at its core. The following guiding principles help us achieve our goals and make the right decisions:
  • Our knowledgeable and experienced staff is a key factor in our success. This means that all personnel should be treated with respect and dignity every day. Additionally, we want all employees and customers to experience an open, positive, and welcoming atmosphere at LANTZTECH.
  • Our machines are 100% created by our own engineers. We take no shortcuts that could compromise the final quality of our products. To ensure this, our departments must work in a process-oriented manner. This means that the next process in line should always be able to continue without interruption, misinformation or disturbance.
  • Our production equipment must be of the highest quality to meet customer requirements. Additionally, we perform planned maintenance, maintain good order, and have clean workspaces throughout our operations.
  • Our delivered machines should be ergonomic, quiet, and energy-efficient. We advocate for electric operation over hydraulic/pneumatic to minimize environmental impact while improving the working environment and overall economy for the customer.
  • Control systems and software should be standardized and developed internally for each machine to ensure high service levels, user-friendliness, integration possibilities, and supportability.
  • Our company must continuously consider, evaluate, and analyze its key aspects of potential environmental impact. These aspects include, among others, transportation, energy, waste, and the use of chemicals. In addition to this, we value high ethics regarding quality and the environment.
  • We support international conventions and guidelines with a strong foundation in human rights. Forced labor, discrimination, or other inhumane treatment is not accepted. We avoid transactions with suppliers and/or customers that include child labor, animal testing, and/or weapons and ammunition.
  • We advocate for corruption-free trade. Therefore, we never accept or offer bribes, regardless of type or scope. However, gifts and representations can be accepted or distributed if they are applicable, relevant, legal, and clearly linked to the business.
