CAD Designer
We are currently undergoing an exciting generational shift within our team and are looking for a passionate CAD Designer to join us. In this role, you will manage the entire mechanical project lifecycle, bridging the gap between initial sales quotes and final construction approval.
Manage the complete mechanical design of our portfolio and one-off custom machines exclusively using SolidWorks.
Work closely with our internal sales team during the quoting phase and collaborate with our dedicated electrical and pneumatic design specialist.
Guide projects from the initial concept through internal development, culminating in the final construction approval with the end client.
You have a solid baseline in advanced industrial mechanical design and are ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are an ambitious mid-level designer or a seasoned senior, you bring positive energy and a genuine passion for clever mechanical solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work alongside our highly experienced Lead Designer.
We handle everything in-house. From 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining and lathing to full electrical cabinet builds, machine assembly, and proprietary control system ARC. You will never just pass a drawing off into the void; you will step out onto the shop floor and watch your digital 3D models come to life as fully built, high-performance machines.

C# programmer – software developer
Our in-house software platform, ARC, is a powerful control system that operates our entire range of machinery—from simple machines to fully automated solutions. If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside our experienced senior programmer, gaining in-depth knowledge of our system and contributing to its growth and evolution.
We value passion and creativity over formal degrees. Whether you’ve developed games, worked on independent programming projects, or simply have a deep-rooted enthusiasm for coding, we’d love to hear from you. For us, it’s not just about the qualifications on paper, but about the dedication you bring to your craft. Our primary programming language is C#, so familiarity with it would be beneficial, but more importantly, we’re looking for individuals who are willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to building something remarkable.
